Offering a superb taste and sensational quality, Salash Delicatessen Prosciutto {Serbian: Šunka} is our centuries-old traditional version, made by salting, smoking and hanging whole hams to dry for a minimum of 9 months and for up to 18 months. The name refers to the prized whole cut of top quality pork that is used, a perfectly marbled, clean back leg cut that is dry-rubbed, massaged, cold-smoked and fresh air dried to maturity.

Ingredients: NZ free-range pork, NZ organic sea-salt, beech-wood smoke.
