Our authentic Speck {Serbian: Špek} is a traditional dry-cured delicacy, similar to bacon, made from the most succulent part of the pig – the pork belly. Our classic preparation method imparts a distinct flavour that is wonderfully special and the texture is delightfully smooth. We carefully ensure that the meat remains sweet and takes on a mildly smoky flavour.

Ingredients: NZ free-range pork, NZ organic sea-salt, beech-wood smoke.
