The distinctive flavour profile is strong, and the texture is dense and substantial, which makes it a very pleasant appetiser, a special ingredient or a hearty snack at any time. Totally irresistible. 

 

Tea Salami is stuffed into a natural casing, hand-tied, cold-smoked and then slowly matured and dried for about 4 months.
