Ingredients

  • 4–6 slices Salash Fresh Bachka Chorizo
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or chives
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Optional: Shaved Parmesan
  • Optional: Chilli Flakes
  • Optional: Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the sourdough until golden and crisp.
  • In a pan, gently warm the Bachka Chorizo for 20–30 seconds per side to release its rich smoky paprika aroma.
  • Place the eggs onto the toasted sourdough and top with warm slices of Salash Bachka Chorizo.
  • Finish with fresh herbs, cracked pepper, and optional parmesan or chili flakes.

Notes

Serve warm with fresh coffee, grilled tomatoes, or a simple green salad for a relaxed brunch-style breakfast.
