Crispy Breakfast Toast with Salash Bachka Chorizo & Eggs
A simple rustic breakfast that lets the flavour of the Salash Bachka Chorizo shine. Crispy toasted sourdough, soft eggs, and lightly warmed slices of artisan salami create a rich and comforting breakfast perfect for slow mornings, brunch platters, or weekend entertaining.

- 4–6 slices Salash Bachka Chorizo
- 2 free-range eggs
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Fresh parsley or chives
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Optional:
- shaved parmesan
- chili flakes
- roasted cherry tomatoes
Method
- Lightly toast the sourdough until golden and crisp.
- In a pan, gently warm the Bachka Chorizo for 20–30 seconds per side to release its rich smoky paprika aroma.
- Cook the eggs to your liking — fried or softly scrambled both work beautifully.
- Place the eggs onto the toasted sourdough and top with warm slices of Salash Bachka Chorizo.
- Finish with fresh herbs, cracked pepper, and optional parmesan or chili flakes.
Serving Suggestion
Serve warm with fresh coffee, grilled tomatoes, or a simple green salad for a relaxed brunch-style breakfast.
